Jim and Shawn were very professional and enjoyable to work with. They communicated well and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I was even able to watch some of the application of Duct Armor on their special camera! I am very happy with the Duct Armor product and I would recommend it highly to anyone who has problems with their ducts that can be solved with Duct Armor.
